Senior Technical Sourcer, Supply Chain

Anduril Industries is seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join its talent acquisition team, focusing on building its critical Supply Chain Organisation.

The successful candidate will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various strategic sourcing, supplier development, and logistics leadership functions to support its fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as product sourcing engineering, global sourcing and category management, supplier industrialisation engineering, and strategic sourcing.
• Develop meaningful relationships with prospective supply chain talent through tailored messaging and personalised communication.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of supply chain roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and strategic procurement goals.
• Analyse sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimise sourcing strategies and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven approaches.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement recruitment within startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
• Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Resilient and creative problem solver with exceptional communication skills.
