As an Associate Development Manager, you will enable efficient, predictable, and transparent delivery of A&S content initiatives. This role owns delivery structure, process clarity, schedules, status visibility, and workflow improvement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain delivery schedules for Advertising and Sponsorship initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines.
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned, accountable, and aware of progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
- Maintain up-to-date activation trackers and ensure information remains accurate across relevant systems.
- Document production and partner workflows, including process steps, POCs, lead times, handoffs, and dependencies.
- Provide stakeholder reporting on active A&S content, delivery status, risks, and upcoming priorities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase speed, clarity, and scalability.
- Use automation (ex: Gemini Enterprise) to reduce manual work and improve information flow.

The pay range for this position is $86,600 - $118,600 CAD per year, depending on location.
