As a trainee, you should bring:

• A good school leaving certificate

• Secure handling of German and English languages in writing and speech

• Developed analytical thinking and interest in data

• Technical understanding and affinity for IT systems

• Interest in autonomous driving

• Basic knowledge of mathematics, logic, and ideally first contact with programming (Python)

• Team and communication skills

• Careful, structured, and solution-oriented working style
