Senior Cloud Software Engineer

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Cloud Software Engineer to help build a better future by solving real-world problems using large-scale distributed computing and concurrent microservices architecture in the cloud.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to craft and deliver a new class of GPU service platforms for cloud computing in the fields of Deep Learning and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement SDKs and CLIs to interact with Cloud GPU Services.
• Engage with partners, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions and improvements.
• Help drive the underlying technology stack and implementation methodology.
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and integration testing.
• Drive performance tuning, usability improvements, and test automation.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on CLI/SDK tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience developing Python client code that works across Windows, Linux, and Mac.
• Background with RESTful web services.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Relevant experience with cloud platforms.
• Open-source projects contribution.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex projects in previous roles.
• Experience with Code generation capability.
