Description
We are seeking a skilled Deployment Lead to join our Counter-Intrusion Business Line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the deployment of our products, growing your business through customer success, and shaping our products to meet mission needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products, leading the planning and deployment of our flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions.
- Grow your business through customer success, meeting commercial targets that drive top-line growth.
- Shape our products to meet mission needs, working side-by-side with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and representing the customer as you work with Anduril engineers to shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a mission-first mindset, an ownership mentality, technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity, and the ability to think structurally and solve problems effectively.
As a 360-degree leader, you will be responsible for leading and influencing people through both formal and informal constructs, and identifying gaps and breakdowns to solve them immediately.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defence technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is directly tied to an ongoing, funded program within Anduril's Counter-Intrusion Business line, and candidates should be comfortable interacting and briefing all levels of government personnel from front-line operators to GOFOs/SES on system capabilities and operational updates.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is required, and willingness to travel is necessary.
