Description
We are seeking a System Performance Analysis Engineer to join our Silicon Co-Design Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving large-scale benchmarks for competitive analysis and comparative analysis. You will also design tools to automate product definitions, data collection, test case execution, and results analysis. Additionally, you will develop methodologies to optimize HW/SW performance and power management to maximize Perf/Power and user-experience on AC and on DC power.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing tools to automate product definitions, data collection, test case execution, and results analysis
- Developing methodologies to optimize HW/SW performance and power management
- Collaborating with different architecture and design teams on improvement areas
- Researching new architectural features for next generation GPU, CPU, and SOC to optimize performance and power features development
- Utilizing AI-driven techniques to enhance performance prediction models and power management strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering (EE) or computer engineering (CE), with a focus on performance and power management. You should also have experience with modeling and simulation tools for performance validation at scale, as well as familiarity with the latest advancements in AI and their applications in power and performance optimization.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
