BtoB BtoC Coordinator

We are seeking a BtoB BtoC Coordinator to contribute to the development of commercial activities at M24, the Automobile Museum, and ensure operational coordination of events, group visits, and services.

The successful candidate will report to the Heritage Manager and play a key role in developing BtoB and BtoC commercial activities, coordinating event logistics, managing client relationships, and promoting the museum's activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing commercial activities BtoB and BtoC
• Identifying new markets and prospects
• Promoting services and events
• Designing and implementing commercial development actions

• Coordinating event logistics
• Organising and preparing events
• Ensuring high-quality customer service
• Managing suppliers and stakeholders

• Coordinating group visits
• Handling enquiries and bookings
• Planning visits around site constraints
• Monitoring administrative and commercial aspects

• Contributing to the museum's visibility
• Participating in promotional events
• Representing the museum to partners, prospects, and visitors

• Supporting museum operations
• Contributing to exhibition setup
• Participating in vehicle maintenance and display
• Providing additional support to the museum team

The ideal candidate will have:

• A higher education qualification (minimum BAC +3) in a relevant field such as commerce, marketing, events, or tourism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Fluency in English
• Autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management tools
• A driving licence
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during major events
