As a Sr, Staff R&D Engineer, you will work on RedHawk-SC, a distributed analytics platform that helps engineers solve power and reliability challenges in advanced SoC designs. You will design, develop, and own significant features in RedHawk-SC, drive medium-sized projects with limited oversight, optimize runtime performance and memory efficiency, diagnose and resolve complex defects in C++ on Linux systems, build and strengthen unit, regression, and system-level test coverage, collaborate with technical leads, architects, and engineers to refine designs and integrate solutions, and support the team through code reviews, design discussions, and technical collaboration.
Deliver software that helps semiconductor companies solve power integrity and reliability challenges in advanced chips, improve the performance, scale, and quality of RedHawk-SC for engineers working on complex SoC designs, build features that address customer needs in FinFET, 3D-IC, and stacked-die architectures, raise the quality bar through strong engineering practices and disciplined testing, and contribute to the technical strength of the team through consistent delivery and sound judgment.
