Data Migration Manager

As a Data Migration Manager at Biffa, you will define, own, and be accountable for all data migration activities. The primary goal is to migrate data from legacy systems to new SaaS systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the data migration strategy and standards
• Creating and maintaining migration plans, including cycles, resourcing, and timelines
• Overseeing extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Leading data analysis and profiling efforts to identify gaps and quantify potential issues
• Partnering with finance teams to validate migrated data
• Managing a team of data migration analysts

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large-scale data migrations, advanced T-SQL programming skills, and experience with SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
