Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Bastrop location.

Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
