Construction Project Manager HKLS / Building Technology

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager HKLS / Building Technology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of consultant services and contract execution
• Assistance with project development and cost estimation
• Site supervision, accounting, and cost control
• Leadership of planning and construction meetings, including protocol
• Participation in planning and tendering processes

Requirements:

• Several years of relevant experience in HKLS, MSR
• Completed technical education in building technology/mechanical engineering (master's degree/HTL/vocational school)
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license
• Good computer skills (MS Office incl. MS Project) and CAD knowledge (AutoCAD)
• Basic knowledge of AUER Success is advantageous
• Structured and independent work style
• Communication and assertiveness skills
• Willingness to work in a team
