Be the first to apply for this exciting opportunity to join Ford's Business Solutions Strategy team as a Ford Champ. As a key contributor to the FBS Mexico Centre, you will support its mission to drive innovation and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include project coordination, digitalization and automation, reporting and dashboard development, data analysis and insights, and knowledge management and process improvement.
As a Ford Champ, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different business areas over 12 to 24 months, improving your skills and becoming a better professional. You will work closely with the FBS Mexico Centre team to digitalize processes, automate reports, and build dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, gaining a global view of operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an active student in a relevant field, such as Business Intelligence and Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. You will also need to have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, and process automation tools, such as Power Apps, is also desirable.
