Travel & PERM Physical Therapist

We are seeking a travel and permanent physical therapist to join our team in Brookline, Massachusetts. As a travel and permanent physical therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordination of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
