Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
• Conduct regular progress assessments to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
• Ability to work effectively with patients and their families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with similar conditions or populations
• Certification in a specialty area, such as sports physical therapy or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
