Executive Director of Quality - IP

You are an execution-focused Quality Executive with a proven track record of driving key quality initiatives across the entire product lifecycle.

You will drive end-to-end planning and execution for cross-functional quality initiatives, ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, deliverables, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards and key metrics to track progress, highlight risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Tracking progress against schedules and key objectives, ensuring risks are flagged early and managed proactively.
• Leading cross-functional alignment through structured check-ins and ongoing stakeholder engagement to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Delivering progress updates, insights, and risk assessments to executive leaders, driving alignment and focus on key outcomes.
• Championing best practices in program management, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring detailed follow-through and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience driving quality initiatives through the full product lifecycle, with exceptional program or project management expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor industry, silicon IP design flows, and methodologies.
• Strong execution skills with a proven ability to drive planning, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, providing executive-level updates and driving alignment.
• Ability to lead by influence and foster collaboration across various stakeholders, driving accountability.
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Skilled at tracking progress through dashboards, metrics, and regular status updates.
• Proficiency with project collaboration tools: Microsoft Project, Confluence, Jira.
