Description
We are looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence across the organisation. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology , responsible for making AI accessible, practical, and impactful for every team in the company.
This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the enterprise AI enablement strategy, including training programs, change management frameworks, and adoption roadmaps
- Design and deliver hands-on workshops, learning paths, and onboarding programs that upskill employees at all levels on AI tools and workflows
- Serve as the primary connector between technical AI teams and business units, translating capabilities into practical, day-to-day use cases
- Build and manage an internal AI community of practice to share learnings, best practices, and success stories
- Define and track adoption KPIs , measuring utilisation, productivity impact, and ROI across AI initiatives
- Partner with HR, L&D, and Communications to embed AI fluency into the employee experience
- Develop governance guardrails and responsible AI usage guidelines for the broader workforce
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and vendors, and bring relevant insights back to the business
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Experience: 8–12 years of experience in change management, enterprise transformation, learning & development, or technology adoption
- Proven track record of driving large-scale adoption programs in a matrixed organisation
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and the ability to demo and teach them
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
- Experience building training content, enablement programs, or internal communications campaigns
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible use frameworks, and data privacy principles
What you’ll get:
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $276,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
