Description

Design, build, and deploy Generative AI Solutions using large language models and modern AI frameworks.

Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and Agentic Workflows.

Lead AI solution architecture and technical decision-making for client projects.

Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI architectures.

Conduct client workshops, strategy sessions, and technical presentations.

Support Pre-sales and Business Development activities, including solution design and proposal support.

Help define and improve AI service offerings, best practices, and internal frameworks.

Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, security, and scalability.

Support internal administrative and organizational activities such as documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Mentor junior team members and support technical hiring processes.

7–8 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.

Proven experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and production-ready AI pipelines.

Experience with agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous AI workflows.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.

Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern MLOps practices.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Experience in pre-sales, technical proposal writing, or solution consulting.

Background in IT consulting or professional services.

Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance (e.g., Responsible AI, EU AI Act).

Experience in AI observability, monitoring, and cost optimization.

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month.

Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days.

Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited.

Line of work: Consulting.

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus.

Flexibility & willingness to travel.

Other: a valid work permit.
