Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Flight Computer Hardware Lead to join our Core Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, owning, and executing the product portfolio and roadmap for critical core technology products. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team to deliver robust embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the product portfolio and roadmap for critical core technology products
- Leading a cross-functional engineering team to deliver robust embedded compute solutions
- Establishing and optimizing comprehensive product development workflows and best practices
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, product management, and customers to define product requirements and develop strategic roadmaps
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, experience leading cross-functional hardware and/or embedded systems product development teams, and proficiency in HDL languages such as VHDL and Verilog.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and communicate detailed product development schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
