Physical Therapist

We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Dallas, TX. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. This is a full-time position with a sign-on bonus and student loan assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with various physical conditions and injuries
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Certification in a specialized area of physical therapy (e.g., sports physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy)
