Senior Manager, CEO Communications

Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, CEO Communications to support its CEO Khozema Shipchandler. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and strategic role, you will help shape and manage the CEO's external communications, building a high-impact narrative that elevates his voice across global stages, key industry moments, and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Messaging: Lead the development of high-impact executive messaging for the CEO across key milestones.
• Shape Thought Leadership: Partner with PR and social media teams to conceptualize and execute a compelling thought leadership program.
• Drive Media Relations: Lead proactive media outreach, crafting pitches and securing high-profile placements.
• Own CEO Social Presence: Direct, manage, and continuously grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as a bridge across the business, working in lockstep with the CEO and other key teams.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Proven track record of directly supporting and advising C-suite leaders in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with deep executive judgment.
• Hands-on media relations experience.
• Strategic and systematic thinker who can establish high-level narratives and execute them with tactical precision.

Location: Remote - US Travel: Approximately 20% travel anticipated.
