Description
As the IT Leader for Germany, you will be responsible for the local IT operation at over 20 locations, leading a decentralised IT team of around 25 employees, and ensuring the implementation of global IT standards in the German organisation.
Your tasks will include disciplinary and professional leadership of the IT team, ensuring reliable and high-quality local IT support for all German locations, developing the local IT organisation in Germany, and coordinating external service providers and suppliers.
You will also be responsible for budget planning, resource allocation, and local IT projects, as well as participating in cross-functional IT projects and initiating and leading local IT initiatives.
As the IT Leader, you will have a significant impact on the company's IT strategy and operations, and will work closely with the central IT department in Graz.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional with a strong track record of leadership and project management. You should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
