Description

We're hiring Product Managers to join the team building Airtable's AI-native future. Our current areas of focus include AI-assisted app building, intelligent agents, and analysis & synthesis. You'll help define what AI-native software building looks like.

As a Product Manager, you'll own and ship AI features that help users more confidently and efficiently build and work with Airtable apps. You'll drive product decisions on complex AI interaction problems, partner with customers to identify repeatable use cases, and develop deep understanding of user needs through research, data analysis, and direct customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and shipping AI features that help users more confidently and efficiently build and work with Airtable apps
  • Driving product decisions on complex AI interaction problems
  • Partnering with customers to identify repeatable use cases and workflows where AI delivers differentiated value
  • Developing deep understanding of user needs through research, data analysis, and direct customer engagement
  • Staying at the forefront of what's possible with AI and identifying opportunities to apply advances in model capabilities to Airtable's product

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products users love
  • Experience building AI/ML-powered features, or strong familiarity with LLM capabilities and constraints
  • Strong product instincts: you can look at a flow and identify what's confusing, what's missing, what could be better
  • Comfort with ambiguity: you can make progress on loosely-defined problems and have experience shaping zero to one features
  • Technical fluency: you can have productive conversations with engineers about architecture tradeoffs
  • User empathy: you understand how non-technical users think and can translate complex capabilities into intuitive experiences
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions quickly with imperfect information
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a product vision and direction to both technical and non-technical audiences
