Workplace Operations - New York

ElevenLabs is seeking a Workplace Operations lead for its New York office. As the go-to person for the rapidly growing US team, you will own the day-to-day workplace experience, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards, and driving initiatives to elevate employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests, leading onboarding, and boosting team culture
• Run daily operations and manage vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping
• Optimize space and landlord relations, partnering with building management to maintain facilities
• Support events and VIP visitors, coordinating logistics for internal and external events
• Own onboarding and internal communications, partnering with People Ops to improve the local onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Based in New York, able to be in the office 5 days a week
• Strong operational expertise in managing high-visibility offices
• Experience acting as primary point of contact for building management and vendors
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach with a proven ability to anticipate needs and implement new processes
• Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment
