Director, Global Order-to-Cash Transformation

We're seeking an operational leader for Anthropic's global order-to-cash (O2C) transformation.

Job Description

As a Director, Global Order-to-Cash Transformation, you will partner with engineering, finance, and accounting leaders to transform Anthropic's O2C function.

Responsibilities

• Develop the multi-year Global O2C roadmap and manage critical aspects such as designing front-to-back processes, automation, and AI-driven tooling.
• Facilitate programs across Finance, Go-to-Market, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Engineering.
• Set the vision, roadmap, and execution of Anthropic's global order-to-cash transformation.
• Assess the current state end-to-end, identify structural constraints on scale, and sequence a prioritized program of work.
• Build operating metrics and reporting for O2C performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading operational transformations within Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or finance operational teams at high-growth SaaS/technology companies.
• Expert understanding of process design, cross-functional project management, and scaling systems.
• Project management certification (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience serving B2C and B2B customers, especially with consumption-based, subscription billing models.
• Experience with go-to-market, deal desk, and revenue operations organizations.
• Understanding of AI industry business models and enterprise customer needs.

Compensation

The annual compensation range for this role is $230,000-$300,000 USD.
