Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the direction of a talented team with your expertise and ideas.
- Develop mathematically principled solutions to complex information science problems.
- Prototype state-of-the-art algorithms in an agile environment.
- Implement high-performance software for tactical systems and web applications.
- Utilize high-fidelity modeling and simulation environments, analysis tools, and compute clusters to quantify your technology's benefits.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure successful mission-critical outcomes.
- Communicate your work effectively to colleagues and customers.
Requirements
- An M.S. or Ph.D. in Applied or Computational Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Controls and Dynamical Systems, Aerospace Engineering, Statistics and Probability, or a related field.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and experience in:
- Applied Mathematics: differential equations, linear algebra, numerical analysis, and optimization.
- Engineering: controls, estimation theory, digital signal processing, and machine learning.
- Scientific Computing: software design, algorithm implementation, and optimization.
- Probability: statistics and random processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $165,000-$218,000 USD per year. Anduril offers highly competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits, including comprehensive health, recovery, and support programs.
