Description

Job Purpose

Individual will be customer facing and have the ability read, write, and adjudicate aircraft FlightReady program claims.

Key Accountabilities

  • Adjudicate FlightReady program warranty claims
  • Investigate complex claims with technicians, tech support, engineering, and management team
  • Evaluate claim appeals and ensure reversals of overturned claims, as needed

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Two years of processing warranty claims in aviation
  • Operate with high levels of tact and diplomacy in stressful situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team
  • Ability to use MS Office suite, SAP, Salesforce. interact with customers on warranty decisions and the ability to follow up on questions in a timely manner.

Working Conditions

Office area, exposure to loud noise at times, ability to lift up to 20lbs, capability to navigate an aircraft hangar environment for short periods.
