At Bayer, we're seeking a Sr. Director, Global Market Access Lead - Early Portfolio, Cell & Gene Therapy to play a pivotal role in designing and executing market access strategies for our early portfolio, with a strong focus on cell & gene therapies.
As the Global Market Access (GMACS) Lead, you will optimize price, reimbursement, and access speed through coordinated payer insights, evidence planning, and value communication. You will align market access strategies with brand vision, de-risk long-term business plans, and enhance brand value through comprehensive strategies that drive efficiencies in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and market access operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and innovative payment models, as well as expertise in Market Access with a track record of successful submissions and negotiations. They will also have experience in the US market and strong leadership skills in a matrix structure.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of global market access strategies for early portfolio and cell & gene therapy programs, building comprehensive market access strategy and plan for an inpatient modality, defining launch sequencing, access roadmaps, and prioritization by geography, and designing and overseeing payer-facing evidence generation, including value dossiers and economic models.
The salary for this role is between $214,240.00 and $321,360.00, and additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
