Disponent Neu- und Gebrauchtwagen (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders and place orders for new, demonstration, and used vehicles, and create order confirmations
• Support sales management in demand planning
• Plan and place orders for stock and customer vehicles
• Organize and control vehicle deliveries and transfers
• Monitor and maintain vehicle and order inventory
• Prepare commission calculations
• Coordinate tasks within the team
• Monitor production and delivery dates
• Manage changes to vehicle orders considering respective change phases
• Check invoices (manufacturer invoices, transport costs, etc.)
• Plan and control vehicle allocations
• Handle international business for new, demonstration, and used vehicles
• Monitor and process open items
• Actively contribute to the further development of processes and procedures in the dispatch area
• Independently identify optimization potential and suggest improvements
• Support the introduction of new structures, processes, and digital solutions

Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience as a dispatcher for new and used vehicles in the automotive industry, preferably with the Porsche brand (or Group brands)
• Familiarity with MS-Office tools, optionally with Cross and Genesys programs
• Good German and English language skills
• Structured and quality-oriented thinking and high numerical affinity
• High reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work
• Quick comprehension and implementation of complex tasks
• Team ability and systematic working style
• Independent and organized work and time management
