Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Outpatient Rehab team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support. You will assist with exercises, treatments, and activities designed to promote physical function and well-being.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports Conduct exercises and activities to promote physical function and well-being Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Participate in patient education and training programs
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Illinois Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
