Join our team as a Senior Finance and Planning Analyst and contribute to the development of financial and planning processes for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and a strong background in finance and planning. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing frontend solutions in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) to support data-driven decision-making - Building and maintaining backend components such as TM1 models, cubes, rules, and TurboIntegrator processes - Developing and integrating data pipelines and interfaces (ETL, APIs, middleware) and connecting to databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) - Collaborating with different stakeholders (customer, project team, departments) to take up and translate customer requirements into technical specifications As a Senior Finance and Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and international projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience with IBM Planning Analytics with a focus on frontend and backend development - Passion for TM1 architectures, components, deployment strategies, and performance tuning for large-scale applications - Expertise in developing Planning Analytics solutions - from frontend (PAW, UX/UI, dashboard design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) to backend (TM1, data integration via ETL/APIs/middleware, databases like SQL Server/Oracle, and scripting with TurboIntegrator, rules, SQL, TM1py) - Analytical thinking, pragmatic approach, teamwork, and customer orientation Additional information: - Start date: to be agreed upon - always at the beginning of a month - Working hours: full-time (40 hours) & 30 days of annual leave - Employment contract: unlimited - Field: consulting - Language: secure German and English - Flexibility and willingness to travel - Other: valid work permit; if necessary, we can apply for a work permit within our recruitment process.
