We are looking for an Engineering Tools & Systems Program Manager to work with our team of developers and partner with cross-functional teams across the company to develop customizations, optimize workflows, and ensure engineering tools do not limit the speed of engineering design.

Responsibilities

  • You will work with a high-functioning team of engineers in various cross-functional teams with an emphasis on identifying and finishing business-critical projects
  • You will help troubleshoot technical issues including those related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support
  • You don't just know how to use the tools,you know the tips, tricks, and workarounds that make engineers 10x more productive
  • You create training content that people actually want to use because it's clear, practical, and solves real problems
  • You form recommendations based on deep experimentation and hands-on testing, not just what the manual says

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent education/work experience)
  • You prioritize solutions that deliver immediate value to engineers over perfect but complex approaches
  • You possess deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a wide array of engineering design tools across multiple disciplines
  • Training, instructional design, or technical education experience
  • Basic knowledge of scripting, automation, or tool customization
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.) and their integration with design tools
