Job Overview

As a Business Development Consultant for Elastic International, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior leaders to shape how Elastic grows across international markets. You'll help turn complex business challenges into clear plans with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy that sticks: Partner directly with executives to design short- and long-term business plans, refine business models, and develop go-to-market strategies that are grounded in data and built to scale.
• Connect the dots across the business: Collaborate with cross-functional teams , from Sales and Marketing to Product and Finance , to align goals, remove friction, and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Make the numbers talk: Conduct financial analyses, business valuations, and profitability assessments that turn strategy into actionable plans.
• Define what success looks like: Establish KPIs that give an honest read on progress, and have the judgment to recommend pivots when the data calls for it.
• Drive growth: Develop and implement initiatives that tangibly move the needle on revenue and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a consulting firm or a SaaS corporate sales strategy function.
• Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills.
• Strategic clarity and the ability to operate at both high-level and detailed levels.
• A solid grasp of the technology market, specifically enterprise software and SaaS dynamics.
• Curiosity and drive matter as much as experience.
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top business school is a plus.

• The typical starting salary range for this role is: €71,100-€112,500 EUR.
