We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ford's Oakville Assembly Complex. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering Manufacturing Delivery Quality Operating System requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading manufacturing assembly builds. You'll also create and manage a master schedule for the design, build, and implementation of subsystem tooling.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field of study, with 3+ years of 3D CAD review experience and 2+ years of demonstrated understanding of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and failure mode avoidance principles. You'll also need to be able to travel within North American countries as required.
