Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our team.

As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in an outpatient rehab setting, providing physical therapy services to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina
• Experience working in an outpatient rehab setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• BLS certification
• Experience working with patients with diverse backgrounds and needs
• Familiarity with electronic medical records software
