At Pinterest, we're on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love. We're looking for a Sr. Director, Product Management - Ads Measurement to join our team. As a key member of our Ads Product organization, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for our measurement portfolio and driving advertiser revenue growth.
You will own the enterprise measurement strategy, defining and executing a bold, multi-year roadmap spanning attribution, incrementality, modeled conversions, conversion APIs, and cross-channel measurement. You will operate at the executive level, serving as a key voice in Pinterest's broader ads product strategy and partnering with and presenting to C-suite and senior leadership on measurement's role in the company's growth trajectory.
You will lead a world-class team of Product Managers, attracting, developing, and inspiring a team of ~15 Product Managers, building organizational depth and a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance. You will be the external face of Pinterest measurement, representing Pinterest with marquee advertising partners, agencies, and at industry forums, building credibility and trust in Pinterest's measurement ecosystem.
You will drive cross-functional alignment, partnering with Sales, Engineering, Data Science, and Advertising Partners to ensure measurement capabilities translate directly into advertiser confidence, spend, and retention. You will shape Pinterest's competitive position, staying ahead of industry headwinds , signal loss, privacy regulation, AI-driven attribution, CTV, and proactively building the solutions that keep Pinterest ahead of the curve.
You will have a proven track record of building and scaling measurement products that have materially driven revenue and business growth. You will have executive presence and influence, experience presenting product vision to senior stakeholders and partnering closely with engineering teams to execute on roadmap.
You will have deep expertise across the modern measurement landscape including, but not limited to: attribution, incrementality, privacy-safe measurement, clean rooms, and third-party integrations. You will have experience leading large, high-performing PM organizations and developing the next generation of product leaders.
You will have a strategic mindset backed by strong analytical and data fluency, including comfort with ML/AI-driven product development. You will have history of navigating complexity and driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. The role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Pinterest Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York office. The role will also require regular travel within the country to meet clients and teams.
