Senior Customer Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Shanghai Xuhui ITC Tower Sub-branch. As a Senior Customer Development Representative, you will achieve pre-set sales targets of personal banking products and conduct needs-based selling activities through effective sales processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Projecting a professional image while conducting sales activities
• Promptly and effectively responding to customer enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
• Preparing and submitting sales progress reports on a regular basis

To be successful in the role, you should have a Bachelor degree or above, one year or above working experience, and experience in sales-related functions. You should also be result-driven, able to work under pressure, and a firm believer of long-term, ethical client relationships.

Good spoken and written English is a plus.
