Description
As an HR Generalist at Oatly, you will play a key role in making sure Oatly is an incredible place to work. This involves supporting end-to-end recruitment, running a great onboarding experience for new starters, and providing ad-hoc office support in our Barcelona office.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role. You will be comfortable working with HR systems like Workday and have a real passion for people, showing up as empathy, good judgment, intuition, and a strong 'how can I help?' mindset.
You will work closely with the People Director IM, People Business Partner Benelux, Talent Acquisition and local employees across markets, with occasional travel to NL, BE and FR. You will also be responsible for providing ad-hoc office support in our Barcelona office, ensuring health and safety measures are in place, and contributing to a safe, smooth and welcoming workplace.
