Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our location in North Charleston, SC. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote optimal health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including exercises, stretching, and other interventions
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote optimal health and well-being
• Communicate with patients' healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina
• Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Certification in a specialty area of physical therapy, such as sports medicine or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
