Junior Logistics Manager

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Manager to join our Operations team in Warsaw. As a Junior Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the national supply chain, collaborating with logistics partners, and ensuring the highest level of customer service and logistics process quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics processes from operators to end customers across the country
• Plan and optimize logistics capacity and resources needed to fulfill deliveries
• Monitor and develop the logistics network in response to business needs and changing sales volumes
• Manage collaboration with logistics operators (3PL), oversee contract implementation, SLA, and KPI
• Be responsible for the logistics budget, cost control, and implement optimization and savings initiatives
• Conduct logistics tenders, benchmark the market, and negotiate with service providers
• Oversee inventory levels, stock level agreements, and manage logistics carriers
• Ensure compliance of transportation and warehouse processes with quality and regulatory requirements
• Analyze data, monitor efficiency indicators, and prepare improvement recommendations
• Standardize and automate logistics processes using IT tools and the SAP system
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Sales, and business partners to ensure the highest level of service and product availability
• Manage the logistics team, develop employee competencies, and build a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, planning, or operations in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of the logistics services market and experience working with multiple logistics operators
• Experience in budget management, optimization projects, and tender processes
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on business indicators
• Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Team management skills and ability to effectively implement changes
• Very good English language skills
