Customer Service Team Member - Part Time Evenings

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Cardiff. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the point of contact for our customers, responding to their needs in an efficient and timely manner.

The starting salary for this role is £28,000 pro-rata.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media
• Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customers
• Maintain high standards and continually strive to improve the service for our customers
• Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
• Support a continuous improvement ethos within the contact centre
• Actively seek to improve processes and workflows
• Work well within a dynamic team environment

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Resilience and ability to handle difficult interactions
• Basic IT skills to navigate our laptops and systems
