Universal Banker Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the International Wealth & Premier Banking team as a Universal Banker Leader. This is a branch-based customer-facing role focused on servicing customers, providing expert advice on digital channels, and responding to simple servicing queries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging and discovering customer needs on branch entry
• Acquiring new-to-bank customers
• Delivering service excellence
• Promoting and delivering multi-channel engagement
• Supporting the branch
• Protecting the bank through vigilance against fraud and adherence to regulations/policies

The ideal candidate will have:

• A graduate degree in any stream
• 4+ years of experience in a sales/service role in a bank
• Completed 12 months in the current role (for internal candidates)
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage
