Physical Therapist

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Wilbraham location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
