Description
You will work as a Specialist Order Processing in our team at AVL DiTEST GmbH in Graz, Austria. Your mission is to handle order processing tasks from order creation to invoicing preparation. You will be responsible for data entry, data verification, and order management. You will also coordinate internal orders with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams and ensure timely order processing. As part of our team, you will contribute to process optimisation and stabilisation, particularly in relation to our IFS ERP system. You will collaborate with a small, experienced team and engage in regular exchange with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Your profile should include a completed commercial education (HAK, FH, Uni, etc.) and knowledge of export and foreign trade (e.g., WIFI course). You should have experience in administrative processes and structured business operations. You should be able to quickly adapt to new systems and have basic knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally ERP systems. You should be a team player with a reliable, structured, and self-motivated working style and high accuracy.
