Description
ElevenLabs is scaling fast and needs a Talent Operations Program Manager to own the infrastructure behind a high-volume, high-urgency hiring push. You will manage recruiting agencies, onboard and coordinate recruiting contractors, and ensure the capacity and vendor ecosystem to hit aggressive headcount targets.
Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors end-to-end
- Build and maintain capacity plans that map hiring demand to recruiter and agency supply
- Program manage surge hiring initiatives, coordinating across internal recruiters, external partners, and recruiters
- Design lightweight but durable SOPs for engaging and managing external recruiting partners at scale
- Track and report on agency and contractor performance, cost-per-hire, and fill rates
- Transition into broader Talent Ops work: workflow automation, tooling, dashboards, and recruiter enablement
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces
- Strong program management instincts
- Comfortable building structure where little exists
- Data-driven with excellent stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting high-volume or international hiring surges
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, particularly Ashby
- Ability to vibe-code or automate workflows to reduce manual overhead
