Freelance Brand Expert

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry, deliver her philosophy of artistry made easy, and be part of building an amazing beauty business.

You will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents, as well as experience in beauty and retail. Your main duties will include:

• Achieving sales targets through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
• Creating brand awareness through product demonstrations and knowledge sharing
• Providing a unique and personalized shopping experience for customers
• Maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards and ensuring the counter is 'customer ready'
• Assisting with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement
• Executing events and maintaining communication with the Brand field team

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. You will need to be able to drive and travel between stores as needed.
