Implementation Operations Specialist

As an Implementation Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class service experience to our casino customers. You will ensure flawless installations and support, both onsite and virtually.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, supporting, and troubleshooting Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products.

• Collaborating with customer representatives to plan system access rights and enter configurations.

• Configuring and troubleshooting third-party products like printers, scanners, and card readers.

• Validating the accurate operation of all equipment, system capabilities, and reports.

• Delivering classroom training on Oasis 360 Management System modules and partner products.

• Scheduling post-installation meetings with Support, PMO, Product, and D&D to report software issues.

• Performing onsite installations, upgrades, conversions, troubleshooting, and repairs of Oasis Gaming Servers, gaming controllers, and other hardware.

• Managing pre-staging, assembly, and efficient implementation of hardware kits.

• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

• Coordinating all installations and schedules with the Operations Manager and other relevant collaborators.

• Monitoring service activities and bringing up issues as necessary to ensure customer happiness.

• Maintaining inventory accuracy and following accurate parts inventory programs for customer accounts.

• Building customer advocacy for Aristocrat products and services by setting the industry standard.
