Service Advisor

Your tasks:

• Provide customer service and advice in the service area
• Receive vehicles, including conducting a dialogue acceptance and explaining the work to be done on the vehicle to the customer
• Actively sell service offerings, parts, and accessories
• Implement premium processes according to Porsche Service Standards
• Ensure a seamless and professional service experience for customers
• Hand over repaired vehicles and explain the work done on the vehicle, as well as the invoice
• Conduct customer retention and acquisition measures
• Coordinate the service business

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
• Experience as a Service Advisor
• Ideally, a completed training as a certified Service Advisor
• Expertise in vehicle diagnosis and repair work
• Proficient use of service-specific tools such as service/workshop management
• Familiarity with MS Office and ideally also with the DMS system Cross
• Strong customer orientation, high team skills, and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, reliability, and initiative
