Description

We are seeking a technically proficient Project Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition, focusing on the India and APJC regions. In this role, you will be the backbone of the recruitment lifecycle, managing complex interview logistics and utilising tools like GoodTime to ensure a seamless experience.

You will collaborate with the India recruitment team to align local execution with global practices while using reporting and analytics to drive accountability. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a first-principles mindset who is eager to master AI tools and take full ownership of the regional hiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interview logistics for the India and APJC regions, ensuring a "wow-factor" experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that optimise regional recruitment workflows and align them with global talent standards.
  • Execute advanced scheduling and coordinator tasks within GoodTime and our ATS (Greenhouse) to maintain a high-velocity hiring pace.
  • Utilise reporting and analytics to track recruitment health, providing data-driven insights to the TA leadership team.
  • Act as a cross-functional partner by upskilling in broader talent strategy and assisting with the assimilation of new team members.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate manual tasks and increase overall team efficiency.
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity within recruitment platforms, serving as the primary point of accountability for regional operations.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in recruitment coordination or a high-touch operations role; we also welcome highly motivated freshers with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven proficiency in managing candidate pipelines within an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and scheduling platforms like GoodTime.
  • Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to solve complex logistical challenges with a high degree of learning agility.
  • Deep customer orientation with the empathy required to manage delicate candidate and stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and a track record of adopting new technologies to improve work quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with recruitment reporting and analytics to measure and improve process efficiency.
  • Previous experience working across different regions within APJC.
