Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Muncie location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans to address their needs
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injuries
• Communicate with patients' physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
