Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Produktsicherheit

You will work as a student assistant in the field of product safety at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH in Mannheim. Our company is the largest operating company of the global FUCHS Group and develops, produces, and distributes high-quality lubricants and chemical specialties for the German and international market.

Your tasks:

• You will work on standardizing our document processes.
• You will automate and optimize our SharePoint by creating libraries, lists, and workflows.
• You will support us in the use of KI and RPA tools in the context of document classification.
• You will develop our metadata further, so that documents are fully and uniformly stored in SharePoint and in our databases.
• You will independently enter new data sets in our raw material database and update existing information.

What makes you stand out:

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in natural sciences, technology, economics, computer science, or a related field in Germany.
• You have an interest in SharePoint, RPA, KI-supported tools, data management, and process automation.
• You enjoy working with structured data, tables, lists, and metadata.
• First experiences with Power Automate, SharePoint, databases, or RPA tools are an advantage.
• You work precisely, independently, carefully, and with high reliability.
